ERT releases latest data on advancing women in leadership positions

On International Women’s Day, ERT releases its annual report on the Voluntary Targets for Women in Leadership Positions at companies led by Members of ERT. This year’s report benefits from the highest ever collection of company data – with 44 companies participating.

Broader progress in women making it to senior management positions continues to be incremental, but there are promising signs – not least the fact that ERT now counts 7 female CEOs of major industrial and technological companies of European parentage. In the midst of the data in this year’s report, a selection of inspiring & insightful quotes from some of these Members of ERT is also presented.
