Dr Milan Nedeljković is Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG. He was appointed in May 2026. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Board of Management of BMW AG responsible for Production.

Since joining the BMW Group, he has held various responsibilities in production, including at Plants Oxford, Leipzig and Munich. Prior to his appointment to the Board of Management, he was head of Corporate Quality.

Nedeljković studied Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and MIT, and earned his PhD from TU Munich. He has over 30 years of experience in management positions at the BMW Group.
